These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites www.luminslighting.com and www.luminsrecycling.com (collectively, the "Site") and any purchases or services offered through them, operated by Lumins Lighting LLC ("Lumins Lighting," "we," "us," or "our"), a company based in Southern California.
By visiting the Site, placing an order, or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or place an order.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lumins Lighting LLC. Please read them carefully before completing any purchase.
By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers in violation of our policies, or orders containing inaccurate or fraudulent information.
Lumins Lighting sells commercial-grade T8 LED linear tube lighting products. All products are clearly described on the Site, including wattage, color temperature, nominal length, and applicable specifications.
Case-Only Orders
All T8 linear tube products are sold in cases of 25 tubes only. Individual tubes are not available for purchase. The quantity shown in your cart represents the number of cases, and the price displayed is the per-case price. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the case-quantity requirement.
Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from our payment processor, Stripe. This confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order — it is an acknowledgment that we have received your request. We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order after confirmation, in which case you will receive a full refund.
Product Descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe our products, including specifications, dimensions, and photometric data. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are error-free, complete, or current. If a product you receive does not match its description due to our error, your sole remedy is a replacement under our warranty policy.
All prices on the Site are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged for an order is the price in effect at the time the order is placed.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. We accept major credit and debit cards. We never receive or store your full card number.
Applicable California sales tax will be calculated and added to your order at checkout, based on the delivery address and current tax rates.
If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. Please verify your payment details and contact your card issuer if problems persist.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected orders and notify you before refunding.
We currently ship to addresses within California only. We do not ship to other states, P.O. Boxes, or international addresses at this time.
Shipping costs, carriers, and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Lumins Lighting is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at info@luminslighting.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist with a carrier claim.
All sales are final. Due to the commercial nature of our products and case-quantity ordering, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than a valid warranty claim as described in Section 7.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product specifications, wattage, color temperature, and case quantity, and that you accept the all-sales-final policy.
Exceptions — Warranty Claims Only: If products arrive defective or fail within the warranty period, please see Section 7 (Warranty) for the applicable remedy. Warranty claims do not entitle you to a refund; the remedy is limited to replacement of defective units.
Incorrect Orders: If we ship you the wrong product (e.g., wrong wattage or length) due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@luminslighting.com. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent at no charge.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that cause the product to fail under normal use and operating conditions. Covered defects include premature failure of LED components, driver failure, and manufacturing defects that result in the product not functioning as specified.

Warranty Remedy
If a warranty claim is validated, Lumins Lighting will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective product at no charge. Replacement products may be new or factory-refurbished. The warranty on any replacement product runs for the remainder of the original warranty period.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. It does not cover replacement of non-defective tubes in the same case.
All content on the Site — including text, product descriptions, images, logos, graphics, and the overall design — is the property of Lumins Lighting LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent. You may share links to the Site for lawful, non-commercial purposes.
THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content on the Site is accurate, complete, or current.
Lumins Lighting makes no representations regarding the suitability of any product for a particular application. You are solely responsible for ensuring that products meet the requirements of your specific installation, including compliance with local electrical codes and regulations. Installation should be performed by a qualified electrician.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LUMINS LIGHTING LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN ALL CASES, LUMINS LIGHTING'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO LUMINS LIGHTING FOR THE SPECIFIC ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lumins Lighting LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Site; (b) any order you place; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue.
Informal Resolution First: Before filing any legal claim, you agree to contact us at info@luminslighting.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will try to resolve complaints within 30 days. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we may provide additional notice (such as a banner on the Site).
Your continued use of the Site or placement of an order after the updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
